Why am I starting yet another project?

Great question. Another project? Really?!

I hope this webiste serves as a platform to connect women orthopedic surgeons (seasoned, newbies, and wannabes alike) so there is always someone to reach out to, someone to listen, and somewhere to find answers... and hopefully with some laughs involved.

So cheers to a new project and to knowing that we are all in this together :)
